Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how AIAgenHub ("AIAgenHub", "we", "us") handles refunds and balance adjustments for its pay-per-token inference marketplace (the "Service"). The Service settles usage in USDC on the Solana blockchain (mainnet). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
AIAgenHub is a prepaid, pay-per-token service. You add USDC to your balance and it is drawn down as you make requests. Because funds are consumed in real time as compute is delivered, balances you add are non-refundable except where this policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Usage Is Non-Refundable
Each API request consumes upstream compute and is settled immediately against your balance at the model's per-token rate. Charges for successfully completed requests are final and non-refundable — the underlying tokens have already been generated and paid for upstream. Published per-token pricing is approximate; final charges are determined at the time of each request.
Unused balances remaining in your account do not expire while the Service is operational and remain available for future requests, but they are not refundable as cash except as set out below.
3. Deposits & On-Chain Transactions
Deposits are made in USDC on Solana mainnet. AIAgenHub is not responsible for funds lost to on-chain transaction errors, sending to an incorrect deposit address or network, wallet misconfiguration, or blockchain/network issues. Always verify the deposit address and the Solana network before sending.
We will credit a deposit that fails to post due to a verifiable platform error. If you believe a confirmed deposit was not credited to your balance, contact contact@aiagenku.app with the transaction signature and amount.
4. Exceptions We Will Consider
We will review requests for a balance adjustment or credit in cases such as:
- a duplicate deposit or a deposit that was confirmed on-chain but never credited to your balance due to a platform error;
- charges for requests that failed due to a AIAgenHub-side fault where no upstream output was delivered;
- clear billing errors, such as being charged for tokens that were not generated.
We will not grant adjustments for requests that completed successfully, for upstream provider outages or rate-limiting, for model output you consider low quality, or for losses from your own configuration mistakes.
5. Publisher Earnings & Payouts
Publisher earnings are credited in USDC as consumer usage routes through your connected upstreams. Earnings are subject to verification and reconciliation, and may be reversed or withheld where usage is determined to be fraudulent, inflated, or in breach of our Terms. Once a payout has been disbursed to your wallet it cannot be reversed.
6. Requesting an Adjustment
To request a review, contact us at contact@aiagenku.app as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the relevant charge or deposit, including your account email, the date, the amount, and (for deposits) the Solana transaction signature. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved adjustments are issued as a balance credit unless we agree otherwise.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with rights to refunds or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. To the extent any provision here is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
